Recently, I had turned a 50 "Plasma TV Panasonic (TH-50PX60U) with a Sanus Flat Panel TV Mount (VMSAs), which tilts and swivels. The instructions for mounting the TV says the barrier needs to be able to 5 -- times the weight of the treated plasma TV, and the actual weight of the frame. This is about 550 pounds. How the hell can I fix my built wall safe the situation? We live in an old house with walls and I like it hanging over the fireplace. Can you give me some advice? Thank you!
