Should My Virgina Look Like That Should A Part Of The Rockaways Be "gentrified" Into A Resort Area?

Should a part of the Rockaways be "gentrified" into a resort area? - should my virgina look like that

A little history ... There was a time when that is Rockaways (in Queens), a "place" at the turn of the 20th Century. There are amusement park Playland (Rockaway was the last of them) and hotels.

I think other cities, like the beach in Myrtle Beach, Virginia Beach, and how tourist with a variety of beach hotels, people on the promenade. Much of the Rockaways one area seems to be that it could handle ..... have been abandoned in some places and a pair of apartment buildings.

.... My question in a field that is empty, it would be in the best interest of improving the tourist offer of hotels and resorts along Rockaway Beach? It would be more family-oriented .... NO .. Unlike casinos in Atlantic City with a live hogdwalk, name of hotels, souvenir shops, family activities, etc.
Easy access to Metro (Myrtle Beach and Virginia do not! LOL)

Good idea or bad?

I live in the Rockaways and try to build a Super Stop and Shop and a YMCA here. I think we could use something like this, but I think you should exempt these projects to people before driving communion with Christ, all this gang violence. It does not seem so bad here. I live in Arverne, where small houses that are like shit 400,000 to construct. desperately trying to save us (my parents 3 houses in the neighborhood), but I think getting rid of her projects, or something better with them and use them.

I am black, so please dont think I'm racist, I live here, and what happens and know a total embarrassment

I like this idea. PPL, we have more in the city. However, I hope it is a place where everyone come and enjoy the parks and monuments may anytime (day or night) than to Coney Iceland, may be opposed to the ghetto, especially during the summer months.

I think it's great. I do not understand the people jentrification. The change occurs. Deal with it. Those who are against them as a mild form of the Amish.

Bring on the Starbucks! Yay!

Not enough of the city of New York "bourgeois" is inadequate.

FWIW I can not tolerate or VA Myrtle Beach, both are dumps in poor taste.
